The Challenge

As Chinese citizens come to terms with online security risks, Orange Finance was the target of consumer complaints directed at their mobile payment tool, Bestpay. The challenge became two-fold: Orange Finance as security experts and educate consumers on how to protect themselves.

Our Approach

An integrated social campaign included traditional media outreach, an online consumer survey, a web-based game, engagement with a popular social KOL and a creative cartoon to help drive key messages.
